Allyson Felix

Allyson Nicole Felix was born on the 18th of November on the 18th of November from Los Angeles. The father of her Paul Felix was an ordained minister at the Master's Seminary in Sun Valley while the mother of her child Marlean Felix was a school teacher at Balboa Magnet Elementary School. Felix's aptitude for sports was evident as early as the day she began her studies at Los Angeles Baptist High School. Just 10 weeks after her first tryout she came 2nd in the 200m race of the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championship. Felix has graduated high school in 2003, signed a sports contract with Adidas. After that, she enrolled at the University of Southern California and completed her studies in elementary education. Felix's debut Olympic medal came at the 2004 Summer Olympics held in Athens Greece. Felix set the world junior record by running 200m in 22.18 seconds. Felix became the world's youngest athlete to win the 200 meters in the 2005 Helsinki World Championships and defended her title again in 2007, beating her long-time Jamaican opponent Veronica Campbell. Felix has consistently placed at the top of the podium across her diverse events at the Olympics that took place during Beijing London Rio de Janeiro Tokyo.
